The Hong Kong Haizhu Federation (referred to as the Federation) is composed of former Haizhu villagers, associations and patriotic people from all walks of life in Hong Kong. It is composed of people who love Hong Kong. The members mainly include:
(1) People from all walks of life in Hong Kong who support the constitution of the Association;
(2) The original Haizhu villagers and relatives and friends living in Hong Kong;
(3) Members of local community associations from all walks of life in Hong Kong;
(4) Hong Kong persons investing in Haizhu;
(5) Hong Kong people who promote exchanges, exchanges and cooperation between Hong Kong and Haizhu and the Mainland.

The Federation was incorporated in Hong Kong in January 2015. The establishment of the Federation provides a broad platform for Hong Kong and Haizhu to understand each other, enhance friendship and strengthen cooperation.

The purpose of the Federation:
(1) To serve the society and promote the harmony and integration of all walks of life in Hong Kong as its own responsibility, to extensively unite the original Haizhu villagers' associations, villagers and people from all walks of life in Hong Kong, and build Haizhu into a common home for people from all walks of life in Hong Kong;
(2) Adhere to the purpose of loving the country and Hong Kong, actively support the HKSAR government in governing in accordance with the law, and contribute to the prosperity and development of Hong Kong society;
(3) Give full play to the role of nostalgia and friendship platform, and actively promote exchanges and cooperation between Hong Kong and Haizhu in the fields of economy, education, science and technology, culture, etc., so that the two places can develop together and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

Since its establishment, the Association has always adhered to the purpose of supporting the Basic Law of Hong Kong, safeguarding the National Security Law, and supporting patriots in governing Hong Kong. Cooperate with the SAR government's policy plan, support governance in accordance with the law, promote exchanges and cooperation between the region and Haizhu, and make positive contributions to maintaining Hong Kong's prosperity and stability and promoting Haizhu's development.
