The council structure of the association consists of: Chairman, Executive Vice-Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary-General, Deputy Secretary-General, Treasurer, Executive Director, Director, Member.

The Association sincerely invites well-known and influential people in Hong Kong to take up honorary positions in the Association, including: Chief President, Honorary President, President, Advisor, Voluntary Legal Counsel, Voluntary Auditor.

Six additional committees have been established under the Association, including: Volunteer groups, youth committees, women's committees, network information committees, membership development committees, art troupes.
